Payment Policy

Payments

Full payment is due at the time of service. We can provide you with a cost estimate prior to your appointment. We accept cash and credit / debit cards. We do not accept any other forms of payment such as PayPal, Venmo, or personal checks.​

Insurance

At this time we are private pay only. Paying cash for healthcare can lower costs, prevent surprise bills, and provide faster access to care without insurance restrictions. It avoids delays from prior authorizations, offers privacy benefits, and can be cheaper for those with high-deductible plans. By cutting out the middleman, patients and providers can negotiate directly, leading to more transparent pricing and personalized care. 

 

Kichatna Mobile Urgent Care, LLC and its providers are not associated with Medicare or Medicaid (DenaliCare or Denali KidCare).

We are happy to provide you with a detailed receipt (Superbill) which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. We do not guarantee reimbursement to you from your insurance company for our services.
